| Smith Mountain Lake Fireworks with The Worx Saturday, July 5, 2008 ** Cattle Annie's Will Be Closed July 1st through July 8th**  The Saunders Volunteer Fire Company will present their annual Smith Mountain Lake Fireworks Display and Fire Company Fundraiser at Parkway Marina July 5th, 2008. This spectacular fireworks presentation is preceded by a fun-filled day of activities including live music by The Worx and food. This annual tradition, which draws tens of thousands of observers by land and water, is a fundraiser for the fire company. Without sponsorships and donations, the fire company would not be able to continue this highly anticipated event.
