| A: | Normally we will announce ticket availability to our announcement list subscribers. It will be posted on our website shortly thereafter. | |||

| A: | Unless otherwise noted , you may purchase tickets at CattleAnnies.com, our box office and by phone at (800) 514-3849. Cattle Annies Office and Box Office are open 10 to 6 p.m. Tickets otherwise sold at the main bar. For more information, please contact us by email or call our box office at (434) 846-3206. To minimize fees, we recommend purchasing online (with the "print at home" option) or in person, through our box office. Our box office accepts cash only. Online and call center orders are handled through a third party. | |||
| Q: | Why aren't people 18 and older, or even all ages, admitted into more shows? | |||

We would love to be able to open for a younger audience more often and are well aware of the desire of those under 21 years of age to attend many of our concerts. Because we are an ABC licensed venue, we must prevent underage drinking and control other behaviors regulated by Virginia 's ABC laws. While there are other venues in Virginia which operate under the same laws, local enforcement of those laws vary. Our experience has been that these laws are strictly enforced and therefore, our policies must be conservative in order to comply. For example, if an older guest purchases alcohol, then discretely gives the beverage to an underage guest, not only would the two guests be arrested and fined, but we will likely also be fined and could even lose our ABC license. It only takes one incident; two people can ruin it for everyone. Furthermore, this is only one example of the many behaviors regulated by Virginia 's ABC laws which could be violated. In crowded conditions, compliance with these regulations can become impractical unless an age restriction is implemented. For shows in which we do not expect a large crowd, and in addition to taking other precautions, we may consider opening the show to a younger audience. This can sometimes happen even with shows that initially open to those 21 and older only. In closing, our management has taken the position that we serve a greater good to the community by being open, even if only to a limited audience. |

| Q: | Can my underage child attend a show with me? | |||

While most parents are responsible, not all people respect or know Virginia 's ABC regulations. As an ABC licensed venue, it is our responsibility to insure compliance with Virginia 's ABC regulations and therefore, we can be fined for the behavior of others. We are sorry, but our age limit restrictions must be strictly implemented. |

What time does the headliner go on stage? |

| A: | The headliner can start at anytime after the proceeding act is finished. The headliner goes one when he/she/they are ready. Therefore, we can't promise the exact time the headliner will perform. | |||

How long will the artist perform? |

| A: | The industry standard for minimum concert length is between 70 and 90 minutes. However, an artist can play as long as he/she desires. | |||
| Q: | Can I make a reservation in the restaurant the night of the concert? | |||
| A: | We cannot take reservations on concert nights. | |||
| Q: | What is your smoking policy? | |||
| A: | Although we offer a no-smoking section in our restaurant, smoking is permitted in the club where you watch the show. | |||

| Q: | How do I get my advance tickets that I purchased over the phone? | |||
| A: | If you purchased directly from Cattle Annies, your name will be on "will call" at the door the night of the concert. Simply tell the admissions agent your name. We cannot mail tickets. If you purchased through our third party ticketing agency, their policies for mailing tickets apply. | |||
| Q: | The Show is sold out and the tickets that I purchased on my credit card have not gone through yet. Do I still have tickets? | |||
| A: | We do not run the credit card charge through to the credit card company until the week of the show. If you ordered tickets in advance, they will be available for you on the night of the show. | |||

| A: | Yes, on a limited basis. Please give us a call or stop by to discuss your needs. | |||

| A: | Your contact information will be used by Cattle Annie’s only and will not be shared with organizations. Cattle Annie’s will only use your contact information to provide you with information regarding Cattle Annie’s Restaurant & Entertainment Club. We hate spam as much as you do! | |||

| A: | We work extremely hard to provide a variety of concerts to the Lynchburg area. However, many variables affecting concert bookings are outside of our control. Regardless, your requests help demonstrate the demand for live entertainment in Lynchburg. The more success we have with a particular show, the more likely we will be able to book additional, similar shows. So, when we do book a performer or band that you like, please ask your friends to support the show also!
